Delator Group MS · About the Organization

No license required. We exceed one anyway.

Mississippi doesn't require private investigators to be licensed. Delator Group MS operates under the same command structure and standards as the rest of the organization regardless — because the absence of a legal requirement was never the point.

Absolute Professionalism Iron Discipline No Excuses
The Foundation

Built from principles, not policy.

Delator was founded on principles its members carried over from time served in federal law enforcement and the U.S. Army. Those habits were never treated as guidelines — they are the baseline, whether or not a state requires them.

I

Absolute Professionalism

Every engagement, every client interaction, every report — held to the same bar regardless of case size, complexity, or whether Mississippi law requires it.

II

Iron Discipline

Discipline isn't developed after problems arise — it's the prerequisite for membership. Forged through military service and federal law enforcement, it's the backbone of every engagement Delator MS conducts.

III

No Excuses

Results are the only deliverable that matters. Delator doesn't traffic in explanations for failures. If a member can't meet the standard, they lose their association — no exceptions, no matter what the state does or doesn't require.

The Licensing Question

Mississippi doesn't ask us to. We hold the line anyway.

Mississippi is one of only a handful of states with no state-level private investigator licensing requirement — no exam, no bonding requirement, no state board reviewing complaints. That's a real gap, and it's one most agencies in the state simply operate inside of.

01

Internal Vetting, Not State Vetting

With no licensing board doing the screening for clients, Delator built its own internal vetting process — background checks, experience verification, and ongoing performance review for every investigator who carries our name.

02

A Standard Borrowed From Licensed States

Delator Group operates in states that do require licensing. Rather than lower the bar in Mississippi, we hold MS investigators to the same standard our licensed-state investigators already meet.

03

Accountability That Doesn't Depend on a Statute

If a Delator investigator falls short, they lose their association with the organization — the same enforcement mechanism we'd apply anywhere, license or no license.

What Sets Us Apart

More than an association.

Delator MS is trusted by attorneys and private clients across the state — not because of a license the state never required, but because of who constitutes the organization.

01

Full Chain of Command

Delator MS operates with a cemented leadership structure — not a loose network of contractors nobody is accountable to. Every assignment flows through a command hierarchy.

02

Heavy Quality Control

QC isn't a checkbox — it's a continuous process. Work product is reviewed, standards are enforced, and any investigator who falls short faces immediate consequence.

03

75+ Designated Specialties

Our internal matching model connects cases to the exact investigator profile needed. You're never handed a generalist when a specialist is required.

04

Statewide Coverage

Genuine presence across Mississippi — not a single-city operation claiming statewide reach.

05

Investigator Development

Delator actively helps member investigators build sustainable practices — mentorship, operational guidance, and a name that opens doors on its own.

06

Reputation on the Line

Every investigator's conduct reflects on the entire organization. That's never underestimated, and the trust clients place in Delator is never taken lightly.

The Delator Standard

Trusted because of who we are. Not because a license says so.
